1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of the Attendy service. By signing up, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (login and password) confidential. All actions performed through an account are deemed to be those of the account owner.
3. Free trial
Every new company gets a 1-month free trial. The trial includes all Business plan features, and no card details are required.
4. Billing and plans
Plans are billed monthly. Payments are made via Payme or Click. When you change plans, the difference is applied in the next billing period.
5. After expiration
When a trial or paid period ends, your data is kept and the dashboard stays open: reports remain viewable. New actions and employee scans are paused until a plan is paid. Data is not deleted.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to harm other users, or to disrupt the system. In such cases, the account may be suspended.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service running without interruption, but temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance or third-party service disruptions.
8. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. We will notify you of material changes in advance by email or through your dashboard.
