How attendance tracking works on the shop floor

In manufacturing, starting the shift on time is what matters most. In Attendy, each workshop, warehouse or logistics point is a separate branch with its own QR code and work schedule.

  1. Add a workshop or warehouse as a branch.
  2. Print the branch's QR code and put it up at the entrance.
  3. Workers send their phone number to the Telegram bot and are linked to their branch automatically.
  4. Workers scan the QR at the start of the shift and again at the end.

No turnstiles or terminals

A turnstile or biometric terminal means purchasing, installation and a separate device at every entrance. Attendy just needs a printed QR code — workers use Telegram on their own smartphones. Setup takes about 15 minutes.
