How clinic attendance tracking works

You add your clinic's branches and set a schedule for each. The default is 09:00–18:00, Mon–Fri, with a 60-minute break — adjust it to your appointment hours.

  1. Print the branch QR code and put it up by the staff entrance.
  2. Doctors and staff send their phone number to the Telegram bot and are linked to their branch automatically.
  3. They scan the code when they arrive and leave.
  4. The chief physician or branch manager sees attendance on the live screen.

Setup takes about 15 minutes. No turnstiles or terminals, and nothing taking up space in the lobby — just a QR code on the wall.

The start of the clinic day

In the morning, the front desk and lab technician arrive first, and doctors come in closer to their appointments. Every scan appears on the live screen instantly. If a doctor isn't in yet and appointments are about to start, the front desk sees it early and lets patients know — no one sits in the hallway wondering what's going on.

  • Who's in — with the time of the scan.
  • Who's late — against the schedule.
  • Who's missing — stays on the list all day.

By month-end, late minutes and fines are already calculated: no collecting logs or checking times with every doctor.

Reliable staff check-ins

A scan counts only when two conditions are met: the employee is within 150 meters of the branch and scans the current QR code. So checking in for a coworker or scanning a photo of the code from home won't work. Signs of an emulator, identical coordinates or impossible jumps in distance are flagged for the manager.

If your dental practice or lab is in a separate building, add it as its own branch — with its own QR code, schedule and manager. That way each unit's attendance is visible separately, while the monthly report stays shared.
