How crew attendance tracking works on site

You can't install a turnstile on a construction site: the project wraps up in a few months and the crew moves on. Attendy only needs a printed QR code and workers with Telegram on their smartphones.

  1. Add the site as a branch and enter its address.
  2. Print the site's QR code and put it up at the entrance.
  3. Workers send their phone number to the Telegram bot and are linked to their site automatically.
  4. Workers scan the QR on site in the morning and again when they leave in the evening.

For foremen and managers

Each site can have its own branch manager — the foreman, for example — who sees only their crew. The owner and administrators see every site on one dashboard.

When a new site opens

Adding a branch, printing the QR code and linking workers takes about 15 minutes. There's no hardware or terminals, so there's nothing to remove when the site closes.

A normal day across your sites
